Let me answer you first question, as of right now there is no signs of it being made. It really depends on the fans and how good the first season does in sales, i mean i just barely started seeing the dvd on sales over here in america, if it does good then thats when they will be more incline to make it. As for you second question, no. If you read the manga you will notice that although Kenichi is knows how he feels, Miu doesn't yet understand her feelings for Kenichi, although she is shown getting jelous everytime kenichi get attention from other girls. since her upbringing is not what you consider normal, she doesn't understand things like love. The manga does a great job in showing this, you should read it.
