Management ladder for retail company the limited brands? (from sales associate to district manager/ exexutive)?
I have plenty of retail experience and am currently in school for my ba in business. Ultimately I think I'd like to be some type of district manager within a large region like the northeast or maybe northwest, wherever I end up. But I'd like to know what are the positions between a sales associate and a district manager, and exactly what they're called, what the requirements are (educational and experience), how long it would take me to reach the end goal (I know it would take awhile) and approx how much each position pays. I am interested in the limited brands (express, bath and body works, limited, victorias secret, others) but if you have experience with others I'd love to hear it.
I would be emailing them directly for a question like that. Get a job as an associate with them now, and then tell them your studying your BA they will love you and help you get it
