I want to know a website I can go to, to inquire about someone making it for me, any sites!?
You can contact a local dressmaker or costumer. Try going through your local theater group or university for references on costumers in the area. I have linked a website that does custom work.
I am a costumer and can tell you that, in general, it will be the labor that sets the price so high. Depending on the complexity of the garment, you're probably looking at over $150 in fittings, pattern drafting, and sewing labor for a head-to-toe costume. Materials would be added on top of that.
