Can anyone wear cosplay costumes at anime conventions?
Or is there only special people that they allow to wear cosplay costumes. If so, do they allow real swords at conventions or do they have to be wooden?
Of course, everyone who enters is allowed to participate by wearing a costume, and sometimes you can enter different contests to see who has the most realistic costume, or the best accessories etc.
But of course researching what anime convention your going to could help you prepare because usually they are pack and it's easier to go in there slightly prepared for they're different rules and regulations.
I hope you have fun , if your going to a anime convention...I'm going to one in March and I'm making my own costume and even if you don't buy anything it's still a ball!
